What will they do about the Lompoc cop's daughter who hit and killed the 56 year old mother of three?

The cop's daughter is only 18 and was driving distracted using her cell phone and she hit and killed a 56 year old mother of three and last we heard no charges had been filed and people are wondering what is going to happen and why this is being all covered up and nothing on the news or anywhere about it and some are saying she was not only using her phone but had been drinking but not sure if that is true but so many people are wondering about why it isn't in the news and we don't hear any more about it and why it seems to be all covered up and hushed up. A lot of cops are in on gangstalking and that type of bullying.
