Am i bad boyfriend, is this what i deserve?

Recently we were referred to a gynecologist, We were advised to reframe from sexual activity, I immediately agreeded and I swore I would hell. Third day she was a little nervous tried to ask once, i stayed unphased. The second attempt she threw a tandrum and exclaimed she hated me i was terrible boyfriend, I think she pretty dumped my ***. I was only trying to make sure she would go through with it. Did it sound like i was terrible? No slanderous statements, Im kind of sad.
