A girl at my college is spreading slanderous rumors about me and I'm looking for help?

About two months ago I was partying and a girl who was a friend and I were drinking. We started hooking up, then proceeded on to oral. After about twenty seconds she stopped, told me she couldn't continue, and I walked her out. Apparently rumors have been spreading about me so she make herself seem like the victim, while although it was a stupid drunken mistake, I still displayed no aggression, although she seemed adamant that I had. What can I do, mostly just for myself, so I don't feel so stressed about it? I have been very upset for a few days now and it has become difficult to cope with.
