How much is sex is considered unhealthy?

I'm worried if there are any long effects to this pattern. My girlfriend DEMANDS sex 5-6 times a day. I however only request every couple days or so. Is this going to take a toll on my sperm count. Or take a toll that i may lose that sensitivity on "it"? Because I'm a little nervous now it takes about roughly 30 minutes for me to ejaculate. Please help and no slanderous comments please.
