How to delete my facebook without logging in?

Ok, well, my facebook and email was hacked yesterday and i tried changing the passwords back but whoever hacked my email and facebook knew and changed my security questions. There is no way of me logging in and i have been viewing my profile from my godmothers Facebook. The posts that the hacker post are all slanderous and serious forms of libel dealing with harassing my friends and saying that I'm a homosexual. These are all false and i need to find out how to delete this account immediately.
